Fry with Lööki
You can use Lööki as cooking oil. Fry e.g. fish, stake or an omelette.
Marinate with lööki
Place meat in a plastic bag and pour in some Garlic, Tar or Chili Lööki. Place it then into the fridge to marinate for a day or two. Use marinating sauce while frying. The sauce is ideal for e.g. beef, chicken, broiler, pork, elk and fat-free fish.
Ingredients of Lööki
Rapeseed oil, water, egg, vinegar, tomato sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, spices and rye flour. ( In Tar Lööki there is genuine tar aroma and in Chili Lööki genuine chili.) Within the group of similar products this is a better choice considering fat and salt.
